Keith Filppu Classical Guitarist from Winchester, VA

Guitarist Keith Filppu has over 10 years of performing experience in a variety of settings throughout the Shenandoah Valley and extended Washington area. A trained classical guitarist, he brings a wide-reaching repertoire and personal attention to all of his clients. Keith frequently performs at weddings, concerts, private events, vineyards and corporate events. In addition to performing as a soloist, he is often seen performing in chamber music settings, especially with his wife and flutist Laura Filppu as the Cedar Creek Duo. Keith earned a Masters of Music in Guitar Performance from Shenandoah Conservatory. He is a college music professor and published author. His solo guitar arrangements as well as flute/guitar arrangements have been published by ClearNote publications. Recently one of his compositions for guitar trio was debuted at the Yale Guitar Festival.
