Aris Quiroga is a composer and concert classical guitarist who also is an innovator in classical-inspired world music. He studied at the conservatory of music in Madrid, Spain. He also completed master classes with guitarists Abel Carlevaro, Oscar Giglia, Michael Lorimer, Andres Segovia, Carlos Barbosa Lima, Pepe Romero and Angel Romero. Aris is a seasoned performer having given concerts at prestigious venues and major 5-star hotels in Miami-FL, Los Angeles-CA, Spain, Puerto Rico, Aruba, Holland, and Colombia. While clearly focused on tradition and his classical roots, Quiroga utilizes influences from other genres such as contemporary, Latin jazz, Brazilian, Flamenco, and Spanish to create a more unique and captivating sound. Artists Aris has performed or recorded with include Strunz & Farah; members of the former Gypsy Kings; Flamenco singer -Tomas de San Julian; Percussionist-Jim Brock; Indian Singer- K. S.
