Having started training in the art of the classical guitar at 14, I attended high school at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts. There I honed my technique and learned such familiar pieces as: "Asturias - Leyenda" by Isaac Albeniz, the prelude to Bach's first cello suite, and the ever popular "Romanza". After graduating high school I went on to further study at the prestigious Stetson University as well as North Carolina School of the Arts. I play a wide range of styles from the classics of Tarrega and Sor to the more modern Brouwer and Bogdanovic. I also play many South American pieces such as "Danza Brasilera" by Morel and Jorge Cardoso's beautiful "Milonga". I also possess a vast knowledge of music theory, so if you have a specific song you would like played at your wedding, I have the ability to arrange it for the classical guitar. I have been playing professionally since 2005, performing at weddings, dinner parties, and corporate events. My goal is to provide that touch of class that will make your event memorable.
