A Class Act Cover Band from South Lake Tahoe, CA

Together for over thirty years this duo has developed into "A CLASS ACT". Together Rich Dart and Dan Thomas, along with the technical assistance of MIDI sequencing equipment, present a variety of musical memories. Their light rock and country style is upbeat and suitable for any audience. Both Dan and Rich sing lead and background vocals while playing guitar, Bass and harmonica. Their comedy routines between songs keep the audience involved with their show. They are two funny guys. The arrangements were programmed in MIDI by Rich Dart and complement their performance with a full array of background instrumentation. The blending of their on-stage talents and studio sound creates an atmosphere only provided by the full sound of a five or six piece Band. Dan's musical career started in Europe while he served in the Military. As the lead singer in a Country-Western group, Dan performed 20 to 30 shows a month at Holiday Inns and other large hotel chains. In the 1970's, Rich was successful in forming a well-received band in the Pacific Northwest. More recently, he's been a sound technician for such groups as Dr. Hook, Elvin Bishop and Greg Khin. He also has years with Nevada Civic Light Opera as their sound engineer. After moving to Lake Tahoe, both Rich and Dan performed with many local groups before getting together to form Tahoe's most complete duo... A Class Act. Thank you for your time.
