Formed in 2000, Slowburn is a five-member classic rock band offering music from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. Whether it's southern blues rock from ZZ Top, or newer tunes from 3 Doors Down or No Doubt, we favor rock music you can dance to. But we won't blast your eardrums with the volume.
We'll tailor our song list to YOUR audience and venue. Pink Floyd, Neil Young, Devo, Blondie, Pat Benatar -- whatever works for you. Want some mellow acoustic Beatles or CCR for your wedding during dinner? You got it. Want to crank it up with some Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin for your 50th birthday party? Slowburn can do.

I LOVE SLOWBURN!! They arrived on time, set up, and were playing on time for the cocktail hour for our wedding. Sitting in the back room waiting for the grand entrance, I could hear them sounding great and wanted to run out and start dancing right away. They learned a couple of my favorite songs for our First Dance and the Father/Daughter dance. They sounded amazing, and were so much fun! My bridesmaids and I were up and dancing together for several songs. They were super friendly, too; they signed our guest book portrait and sent us off with sparklers. Even went along with a reception schedule gone wrong. Thanks for a fun and memorable wedding! You're the best!

Slowburn was a great addition to our 4th Annual Escondido Chocolate Festival. They were highly professional, accommodating and the music was absolutely top drawer. If you're looking for a band that really hangs together and sounds fantastic Slowburn should be your choice.

It was certainly our pleasure to have Slowburn perform at our event. The group was professional. courteous, and prompt. From start to finish they were able to keep the dance floor full and the party going strong! Throughout the evening, our guests continued to let us know they were very happy with the band, and wanted to know when they would be back to perform at another event. We were certainly 110% satisfied with every aspect of their peformance, and with confidence, recommend them to anyone wanting to keep their guests on the dance floor and happy! I would like to personally thank the band...with your help this event was a SMASHING SUCCESS! THANKS SLOWBURN :)
