The Special Guests are one of Northern California & Nevada's busiest and most popular bands around. We perform all of the Classic Rock, Dance, R&B and Blues Hits people just can't get enough of anywhere else.

"This is a great band. We hired them for our wedding reception to play Rock/Blues/Funk and keep our guests dancing. They were great. Kevin was very responsive to my emails about planning. They had great setlists and even let our cousins sit it with them for one song. We asked them to play Broken Arrow and they learned it for the wedding. They were a very fun, professional and easy to work with band. I would recommend them to anyone."

"The band was proactive in planning, were friendly, and accomodating. For our needs we required that mebers of the audience play with them - in most cases using the band's equipment. Everything went as planned and everything promised was delivered. Good talent, good song list, good people. Highly recommend for this sort of gig.

"Kevin and his band were a bride/grooms dream to work with. We planned with them from across the country (we live in PA- got married in CA). He returned phone calls & emails within they day they were sent and never missed a beat! They went out of their way to be accomadating and had the show under control at all times. They are super talented and had every guest ready tp party!!!"

"The SG are experienced and talented musicians who play for the pure love of music. Kevin was prompt, courteous, and accommodating via email in all of the pre-event communications. The group was clear about music they did well (suggested we use playlists during breaks for stuff that was not their forte.) They learned two new songs we wanted for first dance and father-daughter dance and they nailed them. My only criticism is that since they are fairly laid back, there was a little confusion at the last minute on the number of band members (and needed accommodations) as well as payment method. They more than met our expectations in performance quality."

"We loved playing for this terrific family and their friends and we enjoyed their hospitality even though we were quite prepared to pay for our own lodging when the final details were different than what was originally offered. We did play with the correct number of musicians as agreed and it's true that we gladly went far above and beyond to make sure their wishes were met. If anyone else is looking for a band where the only complaint is that they play excellent music and are too laid back and accommodating, give us a call... "
