I had a hard time getting in contact with the performer. It frustrated me because I was headed out of town to a conference. I had a phone contact the day before the performance when I was two time zones away.

Thank you. Your entertainer said she followed up with you on the 4 out of 5. She always strives for the best! She mentioned it was because of her communication earlier in the week before the event. We are sorry if there was a misunderstanding but she did contact you on both numbers, sent you a text and finally reached you via email. We saw your reply email confirming that you did see that she tried to reach you. We are very happy to hear everyone loved her performance, she said she even got some tears from a couple of guests. A Mime is typically an ambient act, so we are proud of her talents in creating a show and hope to entertain for you again in the future.

The performer was punctual, the communications open before and I even moved the time and they were great BUT a) they accepted the booking before ensuring the talent was actually available on our date b) they promised two snakes-she only had 1 c) the listing said people would be able to hold the snake-that NEVER happened. It was lame-she let people pet the snake but it was a kids party-they wanted to hold the snake (as promised) -she just stayed indoors with the snake and made people come to her-that's another issue-they never tell you the snakes can't go outdoors at a certain temp-it was 80 degrees that day!

This system allows clients to book before we can check our calendar. Unfortunately, they havent corrected it. We double checked the temp that day and the high was 72, with a low of 52. You changed the time to 530, which we accommodated. The snake was coiling which is a sign of being cold, so the handler had to make the safest decision. They can get aggressive when cold and the children's safety is our priority. That's another reason she decided to just let the children pet it. Typically two snakes are brought to switch after 30 minutes. Again, so they aren't stressed out. Since you only booked for 30 minutes, there's was no need for a 2nd snake. We are very sorry.

Such an amazing time! The hula dancer staffed but dream friends entertainment was amazing. She truly made our party!

Dawn was absolutely amazing. Was friendly to all and did every thing she could to help me. The luau was more than we expected and Dawn was extremely professional and accommodating . She was like having a good friend drop in to help with everything. Will definitely use her again. Thanks to Dream Friends and Dawn my luau was a huge success!
