Slugger O'Toole ("LA's hardest working Irish Band." -LA Weekly) is a 6 piece Irish band with an extensive repetoire of high energy Irish ballads and traditional Irish tunes. Slugger covers artists such as the Pogues, Christy Moore, the Clancy Brothers, the Dubliners, and some outside the box groups like the Decemberists and Mumford and Sons....They are a rockin party band that can also do justice to the slow love songs.

Slugger O'Toole has played all over Los Angeles, as well as Orange County and Kern County. The band has played Irish and Celtic Festivals, music venues such as the John Anson Ford Ampitheatre, the Irvine Barclay, the California Arts Center in Escondido, and the 3 Stages at Folsom Ca as well as pub gigs, and weddings, and private parties. • We had the pleasure of having the Slugger O'Toole band at our party last week. They were phenomenal. We have had other Irish bands at our events in the past and the Slugger O'Toole band surpassed all our greatest expectations. They are a very talented group with amazing voice. They are prompt, professional, very pleasant, accommodating and very talented. They played for four hours and never ran out of things to sing. They were the heart of the party and made our event truly special. Many of our guests came up and asked me for their contact info and commented on how wonderful they were.
