My name is Nick Dinnerstein and I'm a classical cellist, based in Boston. I'm a graduate of Mannes: College of Music in New York City, but relocated here to study further and perform.

I'm very experienced as a classical concert performer (solo cello, with piano, and in string ensembles) and have performed concerts at venues, ranging from Cape Cod Cultural Center to the New York Historical Society to Mahidol University in Thailand. I also play popular music; I most recently performed as a member of the Vitamin String Quartet with 30 Seconds to Mars in an acclaimed performance on the MTV Unplugged series.

As a performer for events, I've played dozens of weddings, cocktail hours, parties, and other functions. I primarily perform classical music, but if you have other requests, I'd be happy to accommodate. In terms of ensemble, solo cello has always been a popular format, but I also regularly perform with a pianist and can also play as part of a string duo, string trio, or string quartet (I perform with many talented violinists and violists in the area).
