Chef Erasmo "Razz" Kamnitzer is known for cuisine as colorful as its creator. Razz's Catering Services are available for private parties, weddings, social events, business meetings, holiday parties, business lunches, home catering and take-out catering. Chef Razz attended the National Hotel School of Lausanne in Switzerland. After completing his training, he moved to the United States and enrolled in the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, New York. A native of Venezuela, Chef Razz is the seventh generation of chefs in his family. With his dark ponytail, engaging smile and rich, exotic voice, Kamnitzer is the charismatic soul of his restaurant and a favorite guest of the TV FOOD NETWORK, broadcast nationally from New York City. Razz has appeared on numerous other broadcasts of Ready-Set-Cook, Chef Du Jour, Dining Around and Talking Food with Robin Leach. Televised locally, Razz has a regular spot called Cooking Under Ten featuring restaurant quality recipes that can be prepared in under ten minutes for under ten dollars.
