Gaz

Hello my name is Gaz,
I worked at six flags great adventure for 5 years and learned my trade there. I have been freelancing, and working for party companies, for about 9 years.
I understand the importance of being on time, and making the client and/or special guest happy. I will be friendly and have good humor with all the guests. I try to be flexible, and get everyone done that wants one.
I don't take breaks for events which last 2 hours or less. My general approach to the art is one of cartoony style , but not overly insulting. I can certainly go that way, but only do so upon request. I can do black and white, color, just face or face and body/theme. There is no difference in my pricing for these. However, more color and detail take longer. My average time is between 3-5 minutes a person once they are in my seat. I use black markers, and color sticks on 16x11 copy paper and supply free clear bags. I can use supply other materials upon request for additional charge if needed. From the client, I need only 2-3 chairs, and a lighted area. I prefer a table as well, but have an easel if none is available.
I live in Santa Clara, and will travel up to an hour included in my rate. I will travel further as well, but there may be a surcharge.

I can also work from photos in my studio, and send you the finished product through the mail, or e-mail. I can work as above, or use Photoshop.

• I hired Gaz to create a caricature of myself and two friends. The entire process was done via email, as I just needed to have a caricature done as a gift and wasn't having a large party or anything. Everything was simple and quick- I sent pictures of each of us, told Gaz my vision, and indicated when I needed the caricature complete by. Gaz finished my caricature within a few days and sent it to me for final approval. I cannot express how AWESOME this caricature turned out!
