DESCRIPTION:
Les Six is an ensemble consisting of six French horns. With over 20 years of professional experience and an extensive repertoire ranging from classical to contemporary, Les Six specializes in capturing beauty, warmth and romance like no other ensemble. Members of Les Six have cultivated their professional experience with ensembles such as the Chicago Symphony, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Dallas Brass, Manheim Steamroller, and the Percy Faith Orchestra. They have recorded in all of the major motion picture studios including Paramount, Warner Brothers, and 20th Century Fox, and have performed with top artists including Luciano Pavarotti, Natalie Cole, Frank Sinatra Jr. and Tony Bennett.In addition to prelude music and ceremony music, Les Six offers additional packages to provide entertainment during the cocktail hour or pre-reception. Though Les Six has a large standard repertoire from which to choose, part of what sets Les Six apart from average ensembles is their unique ability to arrange any song you choose in order to ensure that you receive not only the best performance, but also a perfomance that is as suited to you as the dress, the flowers, the colors and the cake.
