The Mo Johnson Band is the badest party band on the West Coast. They have made their reputation by playing a harmonica-driven, high-energy mixture of Blues standards, new and classic Rock 'n' Blues, and Classic Rock as well as original material. They have entertained regularly at clubs and festivals in California since 2003. The Mo Johnson Band is known for puting on a great show by playing great music and keeping the audience involved. Our theory is that if we have fun, so will you.

The Mojohnson Band's Standard line up is Mo on Harmonica and lead vocals; Chris Wylde on lead guitar and guitar synth (Chris is our lead guitar, keyboard, and horn section all rolled into one); Bradley Dollinger on bass guitar; and Ted Lynch on drums. We also hire a sound-tech/stage manager for most gigs, and may add other musicians or techs when the gig warrants it. We are also equiped with enough sound and lights for most occasions including multi-track recording gear and HD video.
