Since 2001, The Blue Horizon Band has performed across North and South Carolina. Our band is a 5 piece band composed of Guitar, Bass, Mandolin, Banjo and Dobro. We have performed at many bluegrass festivals opening up for groups such as Doyle Lawson and Quiksilver, The Lonesome River Band, III Rd Tyme Out, The Dan Tyminski Band and many other well known bluegrass bands. We also play for private parties, weddings, wedding receptions, birthday parties, church singings, and other events. We the band very much enjoy catering to any type of event we are offered. We are very excited about joining Gigmasters & look forward to traveling and having new oppurtunities to perform. The Blue Horizon Band plays a mix of traditional bluegrass and bluegrass gospel depending on which you'd prefer for your event.Great lead vocals and harmony vocals are a huge part of what the band is known for.
