Steve McCann Jazz and Big Band is a fantastic band! I do not like to use superlatives, but in this case nothing less will do! I selected them to play for a special party that required 5 hours of music for cocktails, dinner and then dancing, based on their extensive repertoire. They delivered fabulous music even beyond my expectations. Their polished style was captivating, and their amazing musical talents created the various moods for the course of the evening, reaching to the final climax with guests dancing to the very end of the party! The way Steve and his band connected with my guests defines the very essence of musical chemistry. I glowingly recommend them.

The Steve McCann Jazz Band over-delivered what I thought they were going to do. They were the perfect touch for that big band/rat pack type sound. If you are looking for that for an event, I would highly recommend it. They also were very easy to work with on the planning side, making it for a very 'low-maintenance' load-in and setup, which is what every event planner wants!

Take yourself back in time to when the American Standard classics were the genre of the day. Sinatra, Darin, Torme, Sammy Davis Jr., and several others swooned and Crooned us into a wonderful place. This is what Steven McCann did tonight at this private affair in Palm Springs. The guests could not get enough of Steven's smooth voice and expert delivery of these timeless classics. McCann and his band will transport you to that time in the 50's and 60's when these songs were king.
Sinatra would nod with approval and Dean Martin would raise his martini glass. No doubt about it.

Our guests were very happy with Steve's Jazz Trio. They are so talented and professional. We were so pleased, we are going to have them on the Papagallo again on September 19th. I'm sure it will be a sell out!

They were great! Everyone liked them and that is how I rate the band. I love the music but my guests all enjoyed the band. Later on 8/23 they played at our house party with 60 people and they all really enjoyed the band. We plan on having Steve and gang play again at another one of our parties!

Steve McCann has always been one of our favorite entertainers. We own a yacht charter business and he has been performing for us for many years. He always gets the crowd going and I have recommended him to several people.
