The Miami Blues Band is a big band that specializes in music ranging from the 1920's to the 1960's, including songs by Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Marilyn Monroe, Peggy Lee, Amy Irving, Sammy Davis Jr, Glenn Miller etc. The band can range from 4 to 14 people. 11 pieces will give you piano, key synth, drums, bass, 2 trumpets, 2 trombones, a clarinet/saxophone player, and a male and female singer. Depending on the client's needs we can do an either a standard concert (standard black tie), or the singers may impersonate Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Marilyn Monroe, and Sammy Davis Jr. if desired. Alternatively, the Miami Blues Band can perform entire rat pack show with Frank, Dean, Sammy, and Marilyn that would be 14 pieces and include some theatrical elements and jokes. Should anyone at the event be celebrating a birthday, Marilyn Monroe will serenade the lucky guy/gal with Happy Birthday. Marilyn also will do events solo for smaller venues/parties upon inquiry.
