Samarra will bring you the exotic and beautiful visions of the Middle East with her elegant and dramatic Oriental performances. She has been performing in the Boston area for several years, and designs her own unique and stunning professional-quality costumes. Samarra uses traditional and non-traditional props, such as cane, finger cymbals, veil, sword, Wings of Isis, Egyptian cape, fans and the shamadan, to add a theatrical flair to her performances. She also produces themed belly dance shows, and can create something unique and special for your next event.

Samarra is also a member of Mirza Dance Ensemble, a Middle Eastern folk dance troupe featuring folk dances and line dancing from Lebanon, Egypt and other Middle Eastern and North African countries. Mirza Dance Ensemble members each specialize in a traditional prop and perform solos and duets within the group.
