Mariyah is an award-winning professional dancer and entertainer who brings uplifting, exciting and elegant entertainment to each event. Her talent, engaging presence and professionalism have earned her a reputation as one of the city's best performers. Mariyah has danced on Broadway and off-Broadway stages, for the prestigious Lincoln Center out of doors festival, the United Nations and been contracted to teach and perform bellydance across the US and abroad. She has also performed countless shows in nightclubs, theater and concert stages and private events ranging from family parties and weddings to high profile celebrity and corporate events. Whatever the event, Mariyah brings her exceptional dance skill, grace, energy and joyful spirit to deliver an unforgettable performance

Mariyah is highly acclaimed for her understanding and interpretaion of Middle Eastern music and can offer beautiful authentic oriental dance show or, with her diverse dance background, exciting variations and specialties. The details of the performance, from music, to props, to costuming are always customized to the unique needs of each event.

Dazzling choreographed group performances featuring Mariyah and one or more of her beautiful dance partners can be arranged. Mariyah can also book a live drummer or a full ensemble of musicians to play Arabic, Turkish, Greek or world-fusion music for your event and her performance! Prop specialties which may be requested for the show include, wings, candelabra, assaya, veil, sword, candle tray or fans. Mariyah is a skilled finger cymbals player and uses them for all of her bellydance performances.
Audience participation is always encouraged, but never forced. Mariyah is adept at drawing revelers onto the dance floor and making even those who choose not to dance feel involved, lifting the spirit of any party!


Mariyah has earned a number of awards from respected dance competitions recognizing her distinctive and original interpretation of Oriental dance.
