Experience:
Amartia has performed at numerous venues both locally and nationally. She is a regular dancer at Sizzling Bombay Indian Restaurant, Bombay nights Indian Restaurant, Tobacco Center Cafe, and Neel's Kabob House. She has performed at Rakkasah East and West, the Austin Bellydance convention in Texas, the Blue Monk in Oregon and the after party at the Las Vegas Bellydance Intensive in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Amartia is an award winning dancer having competed all over the United States. She is the 2008 Jewel of the Nile and the 2006 Miss Congeniality for Jewel of the Nile. She also holds a 1st place award from Arabian Nights Bellydance for Life for dancing with a veil. She was also one of the 23 dancers chosen for Project Bellydance, a bellydance reality web series! She has been featured in their webisodes as well as commercials and stories on Fox45!
