Nyla is a world-class Middle Eastern Dance artist, instructor and choreographer. Beautiful, skilled and highly professional, she is one of the most sought out Belly dancers in the Philadelphia and NJ area. Nyla was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan in the heart of Central Asia on the crossroads of the ancient "Silk Road." Her talent and acclaimed professionalism have brought her to perform at numerous prestigious establishments around the world. Her unique style and ability to captivate her audience reflects great emotion and sensuality of the traditional Danse Orientale.

Nyla's love for art and fitness transpired at a young age through the realm of highly technical training in ballet, figure skating, synchronized swimming and folk dancing. Exposure to Middle Eastern music and dance, along with inspiration by the former lead dancer of the famous Uzbek dance troupe "Bahor," and later her private instructor, led this love to evolve into a true passion for the Middle Eastern Dance.

Nyla visited the United States for the first time in 1993, she had numerous opportunities to showcase her talent performing Middle Eastern Dance (Belly dance) as well as traditional Uzbek, Persian and Gypsy dance for international audiences. Since then she has performed in countless restaurants, night clubs, festivals, as well as concert halls for a variety of special events and show productions in the Philadelphia tri-state area. The subject and muse of many artists, you can see Nyla's image gracing one of the world's largest murals at Philadelphia Airport.
