Dana, my bartender from Belle Amor Cocktails, was a very sweet woman. She was very accommodating with cleaning up after the event, going far beyond what I expected at the end of the night. That said, she was late to the event which had a significant impact on my rating. My event was 6-8pm, and we had discussed her arriving between 5:30 and 5:45pm. At 6:05pm, she let me know that she was walking to the building, and I think she arrived at about 6:10pm. For that reason, the bar area (beer and wine supplied by me) was not fully setup when guests arrived, and I was only able to offer them self-serve water. The event was casual and guests didn't seem to mind.

Cassie is a very nice person,but truth be told...the logistics were not really solid on the client's end. I had no way of getting access into where I was to bartend and was waiting in the lobby before 600p.m. The text was sent when my phone had a signal which was sent at 6:05 p.m. Secondly, the client shared that someone would be waiting . There was no one and I was in the lobby by myself...finally I gained access by someone who had access to scan their badge. Once I arrive which was unfortunately a few minutes after 6:00 p.m., I was able to get things setup relatively quick, and the client was no where insight and eventually was bringing food items upon her arrival
