Sound House is a Barbershop Quartet formed from men with various musical backgrounds. The foundation of the quartet sound is a very large and talented bass voice. This young bass of 24 is blended with a mature lead voice which contributes to a robust, big sound. The youngest voice is an instrumentalist and arranger. His first love is singing bass but he contributes as a baritone and occasional lead singer. He also prepares vocal learning tracks for some new arrangements. The tenor got his beginning in quartet singing in high school over thirty years ago. Sound House began in January 2010 and has performed over two dozen times in the first 16 months plus two district competitions. Our songs include up-tunes, ballads, medlies, modern arrangements and old standards. We entertain for chorus chapter shows, churches, clubs, birthday parties, singing valentines, Mother's Day Singing Telegrams, and National Anthem at ball parks. We prepare show packages from 15 to 45 minutes.
