The Lewis Brothers Band are extremely talented musicians. We felt lucky to have them play our wedding. My only wish was that more people had been dancing, and that we had more time to dance with them, too! Before the big day, I requested that they play some familiar tunes as well as some John Hartford. They played my favorite John Hartford song and I got to dance to it with my husband - it was an amazing moment I won't forget! My only recommendation to other clients is to discuss the timing explicitly before making an agreement - we had some miscommunication about how long the band would play. Otherwise a good experience, thanks guys!

We are a little surprised as to a slightly lower
rating on special requests as we went out of our way to do Beatles, John Hartford, Elvis and more!
There was some discussion as to how long the band was to play and I didn't realize
they wanted 4 hours of straight music -an amount of time I would have had to charge more for. This was discussed before the event and there was seeming agreement on both sides-in fact we were giving a schedule to which we adhered to very closely.
There were nothing but glowing comments from guests and family alike throughout the course of the event!

Wanamaker Lewis & Co. are great. Their performance was excellent and my guests really enjoyed it. I'm very pleased with having chosen this group for a bluegrass type experience.

The Lewis Brothers are an incredible blue grass band. I would highly reccomend them for your event. The tight harmony, the rich acoustic sound and the mighty professionalism of The Lewis Brothers added so much to our event which hosted over 2,000 people. If you are looking for true country/blue grass band than there is no other choice than The Lewis Brothers.
