In terms of the effectiveness of embarrassing our boss I would say it was a great hit. I think there were challenges because we were at the races and people were distracted with betting. I think The Balloon Fairy did a good Marylin Monroe, the only thing I would suggest is that she make herself more distracting so that she commands attention. It was difficult to hear what she was saying. But overall we were happy she performed for us.
