Jeanine's will make just about anything out of balloons, and has a nearly endless repertoire.Jeanine also offers face painting, glitter tattoos, arts and crafts, and Noah's Ark, Stuff and Fluff, Animal Workshops.

CLIENT FEEDBACK:
Our event had a group of 70 adults. Hey Balloon Lady was given one hour to go around the room and do her thing. She accomplished this fantastically and made some awesome balloon creations that one person from each table was lucky enough to bring home. Her artistic talent was unquestionable, people were amazed to watch her skills, and this type of entertainment worked for us at a dinner event where we really had to watch our time. She arrived promptly, did all she said she would do, and I would definitely recommend you giving her a try!
