I had about 10 children at my son's 1st birthday ranging in ages from 1 year to 10. All the kids LOVED the glitter tattoos and balloon characters. Elmo was a fantastic addition to the party to get the kids involved and entertained! Elmo's costume was great and was not scary to the kids! Thanks again for a terrific afternoon!
