I provide professional world class bagpipe music. I have been a pipe major since 1988. I have earned competition prizes in NC, TN, SC, GA, NY, CO and Nova Scotia. I have a degree in music performance and served on the music faculty of Western Carolina University for more than twenty years. I was fortunate to study with three of the greatest pipers of the 20th century : Seamus MacNeill, John MacFadyen and most of all with Duncan Johnstone. I carry liability insurance to every event. I recently retired from full time teaching; and now devote most of my time to practicing and performing music on the Great Highland Bagpipes. My son is a fine drummer and will accompany me upon request.
