The scale is not high enough! Mr. Freeman should get a 12+ in all categories! He was right on time, was accommodating especially with the short notice we gave him. I will be using him again.

James was truly the perfect artist for our memorial service, I trusted his input because of his respect and demeanor and it couldn't have been more professional or so wonderful. It was awesome the way he entered , played the bagpipes and was so gracious while he had to wait in the pouring down rain under cover while we waited for the rain to end. His departure was magical , there was not a person whose soul was not touched by the majestic sound of the bagpipes played by james . I won't give all his secrets away but he certainly is a professional. My dad who was Scottish, would have kept him there all evening. Thank you so much James.

I hired Mr. Freeman to play the bagpipes at my wedding. He was prompt in responding to me at all times and was wonderful regarding all changes that were made prior too and the day of the wedding. My guests said that he was one of the greatest parts of my wedding and he was amazing! I agree!! He is professional, courteous and was absolutely wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend him and owe him a BIG THANK YOU for making my day perfect!!!

Jim made aignificant contribution to the Celebration of Life for my dearest Peggy. As we discussed the role he was to play, he learned quite a bit about Peggy, her personality and how truly she would be missed by all who knew and loved her. When he played the music was just for her and it was evident to all who listened It was so right for Peggy whose lineage traced to the wee isle of Barra in the remote Outer Hebrides. I could not have wished for a better Scottish send-off than Jim provided. Thank you once again, Master of the Pipes. Bill Greene

Mr. Freeman is well organized, helpful, happy to suggest ideas from his own experience, calm, assured and a fine player. He played as our flag was lowered to half staff, when our program was about to begin and when the final moment of silence was ending. I would happily ask his help at any future events.
