DESCRIPTION:
The Loch Tay Pipe Band is a community bagpipe band in the Philadelphia region. Our members are all products of "Bagpipes Anonymous-an 11 step program to bagpipe addiction". We presently feature 6 pipers, 2 snares and a bass drum in our full band presentation. However, you can request any size and combination of players suitable for your event. All of our players wear matching uniforms featuring the "Black and White Menzies" Tartan. As a group we play a wide range of Scottish and Irish Tunes for your listening pleasure. Bagpipe Bands in general are featured in parades, concert intermissions, grand openings, festivals and gatherings. This is definitely not background music to be played at cocktail hours, however we can greet your guests for parties and events.
