Description
Scott Bartell has over 30 years experience as a performer and teacher of the Highland bagpipes, in Minneapolis, Scotland and California. He has played in several bands and
been taught by famous masters of the instrument. He speaks Gaelic, can present on the culture and music of Scotland and Ireland, teach wedding toasts, tell stories and jokes and provide a program tailored to suit your needs.
