Cliff Roberts is Pipe Major of St. Ann's of Hampton Pipes and Drums Cliff is a competition Piper and Bagpipe Instructor in the art of Highland Piping and Celtic Music. He studied Classical Guitar with professors from the New York Conservatory of Music, and has translated that instruction into performances on the Great Highland Bagpipe. Cliff has also played weddings, parties, funerals, and memorial services for everyone from political dignitaries to movie stars to your neighbor next door. Each event is special and he treats it in a unique and special way. Cliff has studied Highland Piping with some of the greats of Bagpipes in the World - Bob Worrall, Jack Lee, Alastiar Gillies and Donald F. Lindsay LISTEN to the sound samples of both the Bagpipes and Harp We also have Irish/Classical Harp as well as a full Irish Session band for hire in addition to the bagpipes. We can also organize, entertain and run a Burns Supper for your own Scottish Celebration Hire a professional musician - you will be entertained, informed and bring joy to your event

Cliff was fantastic and made for a great St. Patrick's Day surprise for our team! He played some great songs, two of the favorites were GaryOwen and the Bridal Wedding song. In addition, we were able to learn about the cultural influences and history of bagpiping. Would definitely recommend Cliff to anyone looking for a world class and professional bagpiper. I interviewed several Pipers. I had to educate myself as to why people charged what they did. We wanted someone that didn't just look the part, but could play. Our family and our guests were very pleased and impressed with Cliff. He played at the cemetery and also at the restaurant as people entered for my mother's memorial service. My only regret was not having him play longer. Thank you again Cliff and Elizabeth for making my Mom's day so very special.

Cliff was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Very professional all the way from booking to preparation and performance. He came perfectly dressed in traditional Scottish bagpipe attire and played for 8 successive preschool classes over a 2 1/2 hr period. The kids (and adults) loved him! He played two different sets of pips, lectured about the instruments and his outfit, let the kids touch the pipes, and was generally a total hit. Made our Irish Festival at our school. Fantastic!
