We are Sweetrock, and we will get your guests dancing and enjoying themselves! A three-piece 80's cover rock band performing out of Queen Creek area, bass and sythesizer is played on a keyboard, kinda similar to the Doors. Add guitar and drums, and we give you a full 4 piece instrumentation and vocal harmonies at a 3-piece price.Artists include ACDC, Bon Jovi, CCR, Pat Benatar, Joan Jett, Janis Joplin, Floyd, Nickelback, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Stones, Journey, Def Leppard, Cheap Trick, REO, Zeppelin, Aerosmith, and Doors to name a few (see our song list). Ben S. (aka Stoney) our guitarist has played numerous back to back shows with Cheap Trick in the midwest, also backing up Rick Derringer and other national acts. We may be small in size and price, but large in selection of songs and sound quality. Specializing in taverns, weddings, parties and festivals, we have just the right music for you at the right price. We keep the audience dancing and enjoying themselves with our stage show, it's full of surprises and lots of humor. Instruments include guitar, keyboard bass, keyboards, harmonica and drums. Sweetrock is a strong, crowd pleasing group, Featuring Kristin (aka Krissy K.) on vocals, keyboard bass and keyboards, Troy (aka Slash) on drums and Ben S. (aka 'Stoney') on vocals, harp and guitar. Having recorded an original cd in the studio, these are also available on request. - The fact I have never "booked" a band before, I must say how pleased I was at how easy Gigmasters was to use. Being able to see all the information about the band I wanted was truely helpful. As for Sweetrock, all I heard from my guests was how great they were and how much fun everyone had. The last minute booking I was worried about but Ben was very accomidating and eager to be there for me. The Friki Tiki is closed now for the winter but I will say this, our last Luau was a blast with the help of a great cover band that will be talked about for a very long time!!!
