We are a 6 piece, high energy, show/dance band covering the best of the best from the 1970's, 80's, 90's to the hits of today!(Ie: Aretha Franklin, Donna Summer, Gloria Gaynor, Cyndi Lauper, Tina Turner, Gwyen Stefani, Outkast, Destiny's Child, Beyonce, Mary J Blige, Pink, Christina Aguilera, Alicia Keyes, Thelma Houston, Michael Jackson, The B52's, KC & The Sunshine Band)....This fun band is lead by 3 fabulous GIRLS! Oh! And let's not forget about our 'GUYS', our sexy men who also sing and add pizzazz to the show! This band dresses in professional 'Vegas-Style' costuming giving your audience a sense of 'WOW!' as UPTOWN GIRLS enter any room, boasting clothing changes from set to set. WE CAN CATER TO YOUR THEME! If you are looking for a band for your 70's Disco party to your 80's retro party or your son's Bar-Mitzvah...look no further! We will bring the professional courtesy you should expect from hiring entertainment at your special event, as all of our members are professionals and have worked alongside many music noteables such as: Sas Jordan, Cats Can Fly, Liberty Silver, Bev Mahood, Fefe Dobson, K D Lang, B2 Crazy, Murray McLaughlin, El DeBarge and Platinum Blonde to name a few.... We loved the band, and so did every one of our guests (of varied ages) who attended our wedding. Even friends who rarely ever dance hit the dance floor repeatedly over the night! The band worked with us to put together a great song list, and kept in contact with us over the year until the date of the scheduled performance.
I would absolutely recommend this band to anyone looking for a great night of dancing, and a lot of fun. In fact, some of my guests will be recommending them to their places of work for their next corporate event.
