DESCRIPTION:
Tuckermans at 9 is a four-man, three-woman contemporary a cappella group (SAATTBB). We perform primarily well-known pop, rock and light jazz songs, arranged a cappella (no instruments), from the 40s to the present (main focus is 60s to the present), including some of our own arrangements. We are NOT a religious, gospel, or 'praise music' group. We also perform classics of contemporary a cappella singing.We perform with microphones, so we would be ideal for both indoor and outdoor events, but our goal is NEVER to be obnoxiously loud...just energetic, fun, and very listenable. Our repertoire and on-stage personality has more depth and humor than many so-called 'boy bands' or groups that simply sing, so we appeal to audiences of all ages. RECOMMENDED FOR: concerts, either alone or shared with another entertainer; fund raising events; private parties; wedding cocktail receptions; summer music or winter holiday festivals.
