Greg was the original and only harmonica player for Jimmy Buffett for over 30 years and performed every harmonica solo on every record Mr. Buffett ever released. For airfare from Flint, Mi., accommodations and an additional fee Greg will be featured with A1A performing all of the spectacular harmonica solo's that he is known for as well as several of his own blues/rock compositions from his many blues albums. By 1989 Jeff Pike had developed an enormous following in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia with his one man tribute to Jimmy Buffett. The First of it's kind. In 1991 Jeff formed A1A and in 1992 after winning a Jimmy Buffett Sound Alike Contest for Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville Records, Jeff Pike and A1A became, and have remained, 'The Official and Original Jimmy Buffett Tribute Show', now internationally renowned. As the first band ever to showcase a high-energy 4-hour concert composed of nothing except Buffett's best songs, spanning every era of his career, A1A became the only band personally sanctioned by Jimmy Buffett himself. While countless other bands have followed in A1A's wake and even cited them as their main inspiration, A1A remains the first and foremost Jimmy Buffett Tribute Show. Need some more Parrot Head Credentials? Jeff has appeared with Jimmy Buffett onstage in concert, in an MTV Video and on record. A1A's first CD which featured Jimmy's harmonica leader and part time A1A band member Greg 'Fingers' Taylor, was produced by Jim Mayer, Jimmy's bass player. The bands second CD featured Jimmy's saxophone player and band leader Amy Lee. Let's add some icing to the cake though shall we? Jeff's first partner in A1A, Scott Nickerson, started the first Parrot Head Club in 1988, and, A1A was the first and only band to headline the annual Jimmy Buffett Parrot Head Convention (The Meeting Of The Minds) from 1993 to 1999, which Scott and The Atlanta Parrot Head Club also started. Jeff Pike, James Cobb and Koney Ferrell of the band are well seasoned, versatile song writers with many original CD's to their credit. In 2003 A1A released their first all original CD, 'Ship Happens!!.' 2007 will see the release of their second original CD, ' Beachwrecked', which will continue to augment the 'tropical rock' island genre with the band's own unique and original style. Jeff Pike and James Cobb also have solo CD's of more of their own original material being released in 2007 as well.

They have appeared at so many Parrothead functions, it's hard to keep track of. Besides headlining many Phlockings, they have been featured at several 'Meeting Of The Minds' and been joined on stage at various times by Mike Utley, Robert Greenidge, Amy Lee, Peter Mayer and Fingers Taylor.
'A1A' remains one of the Parrothead favorites, and they have truly been an inspiration to all of the bands that have followed in their footsteps. Parrotheads owe a debt of gratitude to these boys for many reasons. They have been one of the main forces in The PH Evolution'
