Description
Carpetbaggers Local 606 performs a mix of Cajun and Bluegrass - perfect for Mardi Gras, honky-tonks, barbecues, parties, weddings, and outdoor festivals. The band features fiddle/mandolin/vocals, banjo/vocals, accordion/vocals, guitar/vocals, bass, and drum kit.
Although the band mostly plays at private events, Carpetbaggers Local 606 also recently performed at Beloit College's Folk and Blues Festival and Lemont Country Fest.
We can be the background or the main event - acoustic and quiet or a full band with drums. If you're looking for great southern Americana music for your event/venue, send us a message.
We can go totally acoustic, use your sound system, or bring our own, as you require.
