Jamie Gomez is a high energy professional solo acoustic guitar player and singer originally from Long Island New York. Please check out the (JamieUnplugged)website for more information on Jamie's musical background.
Jamie works non-stop in his private recording studio constantly learning and rehearsing new material and adding to his song repertoire of well over 100 pop tunes so he's prepared for his next gig. He does not fake tunes during any live gigs because he works hard to perfect his act.
All Jamie's tunes are well rehearsed and he does NOT read requested songs from Song fake books while playing live.
"YOU CAN REQUEST ANY TUNE" of choice out of Jamie's LONG song list and he will play these well rehearsed tunes for you on the spot.
He rewrites all his tunes to his own unique style and performs them live. When Jamie performs he uses his vintage 1972 Ovation nylon 6 string and Ovation 12 string acoustic guitars that produces a different sound through his state of the art sound system.
Playing the harmonica along with certain tunes is also a very big part of his unique RAW high energy solo live act.
He performs in night clubs, happy hours and indoor/outdoor private gatherings. Jamie can adjust his act to any type of audience. JamieUnpugged plays tunes from Billy Joel, David Bowie, Hendrix, Dan Fogelberg, Elton John, CSNY, Eagles, Moody Blues and so many more classic pop tunes.
