Greg Shibley an acoustic guitarist and singer who performs at public and private events all over San Diego and beyond. He is most noted for the variety of his set list and being able to fit just about any occasion-- from the upbeat backyard party to the relaxed but elegant wedding.

Aside from the typical song list of past and present hits that most of his fellow guitarist/singers offer, he also plays an extensive set of Brazilian bossa nova in Portuguese(Girl from Ipanema, Corcovado, etc.) and Latin classics in Spanish (Besame Mucho, Cielito Lindo, Perfidia, Sabor a Mi).

• It's cliche to say that words cannot express how impressed one is with someone, but that is absolutely the case with Greg. My organization had a band booked months in advance and they cancelled less than a week before our event. Greg did everything he could to accommodate us. We're glad this happened because Greg was 10 times more talented than the band we had booked. He was without a doubt the highlight of the evening. To top it all off, we were so happy with him, we offered him more money, but he rejected our offer saying that "we agreed on one price" and he was just thankful to give the people at our event a good experience. • Greg surprised me, he was very responsive and communicated well over the phone and by email. He arrived early to make sure he was set up and did the sound check before our guests arrived which put us at ease. The song list was great and he added our favorites which really made us happy. Our party include 120 guests so there was a lot of activity, he carried on throughout and never made a false step. In short we were very satisfied with him and will call him agin I'm sure.
