The Bellevue Rhythmaires are an acoustic variety band from Richmond, VA. If you want that beautiful acoustic sound, but with a wider range of songs and styles, we are the perfect band. Moving easily between bluegrass, rock, country, jazz, and soul, you will not find a more versatile acoustic act, or one with a better beat. We are equally adept at providing the perfect music for ceremonies, cocktail hours, parties, and receptions. And with a song list of over 250 tunes, we can give you any single musical style, or a custom-tailored set that will perfectly suit your event! Special song requests? No problem - we do them frequently.

Another hallmark is that you can hire us in various combinations of instruments depending on your musical needs and/or budget. The core of the group is the guitarist, and he can be augmented with any number of the following instruments: mandolin, upright bass, fiddle, banjo, female vocalist and drums.

We are a very compact unit in that we have a small PA system that requires minimal space, so we don't burden our clients with complicated logistical needs or oppressive volume (though our system is loud enough to handle any event). If you desire, we are more that happy to unplug and play the event acoustically, which is often a fun way to connect with the crowd.
