Something Extra of Yale (founded in 1977) has toured extensively throughout North America as well as Puerto Rico and Brazil, performing for diplomats, royalty, and even Presidents Bush and Clinton in their homes. Members of Something Extra arrange all of the a cappella music we sing ourselves, and we've recorded 15 different original albums over the past 35 years. A bit more background: Something Extra is a student-run singing group at Yale that performs in concerts throughout the New Haven area in any venue ranging from bars, festvals, public schools, private schools, colleges, restaurants, hotel lobbies, dinner parties, holiday parties, department stores, and even retirement homes.
