Description

The "A" Band is one of the top party bands in the NY/NJ metro area and has been chosen as a"Best Band" by NY Magazine(see past 9 "Wedding" issues) and our many satisfied clients. The full 8 pc version of the band features 4 lead vocalists and a 2 pc horn section. Our repertoire ranges from Rhianna and Beyonce to Sinatra and Etta James with everything else in between. This mix of veterans and youth has performed in venues from The Rainbow Room and Pierre Hotel in NY to backyard weddings in upstate NY with the same question asked of the host........."where did you find this band?"
This group, coupled with classical and jazz ensembles for ceremony and cocktails along with our DJ service makes a great presentation!

Feedback

  • Excellent from start to finish. Despite my somewhat unconventional gig request, The "A" Band worked with me to attain my vision and were professional throughout. Jack Mcloryd and his band were amazing, executing flawless covers of a number of different genres including top 40s pop, 80s rock and slow romantic songs. Would use again in a heartbeat. -- Daniel B, New York City, NY, 12/19/2011
