Susan Miller Violinist from Chicago, IL

I am a classically trained violinist, although I have experience performing a variety of genres, including pop, jazz, and Celtic. I have been playing violin for 19 years and have over 10 years of experience performing in weddings and other events (in chamber groups, with accompaniment, and solo). I graduated from DePauw University with my Bachelor's Degree in Violin Performance, where I studied with Dan Rizner, and was Concertmaster of the DePauw University Symphony Orchestra. I currently attend DePaul University, where I'm working toward my Master's Degree in Violin Performance under the tutelage of Dr. Olga Kaler. I have performed in an orchestral setting with musicians such as Midori, Vadim Gluzman, and Yo-Yo Ma. I have toured with various classical ensembles throughout London, Prague, Rome, and Los Angeles, and have performed at prestigious venues including the Walt Disney Concert Hall, St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican City, and Lollapalooza.
