Hi my name is Nami Hashimoto, I'm a classically trained violinist with 15+ years of experience, a former member of the Brookline Symphony and former Assistant Director of the Suzuki Institute of Boston. I have 5 years of experience coordinating and performing for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and table side dinner services for Valentine's Day, anniversaries, and charity events around Boston. One of my favorite events to perform for are wedding ceremonies, where I enjoy performing traditional classical music during the ceremony and arranging and performing popular music tunes for cocktail hours to create a one of a kind atmosphere tailored around the couple's musical tastes or favorite songs. I also enjoy performing for private parties, whether it's an intimate dinner for two or a social event for a company. I can customize events to include arrangements of popular rock tunes for violin and some of the popular artists and bands' tunes that I have arranged include The Cure, Coldplay, and The Pretenders.
