Description

James Stark performs as a solo violinist with professionally recorded accompaniments. He has many different styles of music some of which include classical, jazz, rock, musical theater, Latin, pop, music of the 20s, 30s and 40s, easy listening and bluegrass. He has been playing professionally for over 40 years and has played as a soloist and concertmaster for many orchestras. He is available to play for weddings, private parties, senior residential facilities, corporate functions, banquets, quinceaneras, in home concerts and pretty much any function that requires music either as background or for special presentations.
He has recorded for Barry Manilow, Keeley Smith, Monica Mancini and Steve Lawrence. For the last 14 years he has been a member of the Los Angeles Opera Orchestra and has appeared with them in on stage roles. He has been soloist with the La Mirada Symphony, the West Coast Symphony in Santa Barbara, the Pacific Palisades Symphony and the Fresno Philharmonic.
