The Steve Somers Band features vocalist Valerie Barrymore, Steve's guitar and a 2-piece horn section. R & B, Rock, Blues, Jazz, Motown and Funk are some of the musical styles that the band specializes in. The Steve Somers Band and Valerie have been nominated for many (and won one) Motor City Music Awards. They have performed at numerous wedding receptions and private parties throughout Michigan and Ohio.
The band is able to supply music for dinner as well as high-energy dance music for the party. Valerie is an excellent entertainer who knows how to get a party going.
