The HGT Band (HOME GROWN TOMATOES), is a professional band with an extensive musical repertoire and an experienced history. HGT is able to please a crowd from ages eight to eighty. We like to have fun and this will rub off on your guests.
HGT is a five piece band that features: male vocals, guitar, keyboards, drums, bass guitar, and even brass and sax. The repertoire covers many of your favorite songs including: Top 40 favorites, polkas, waltzes, country, ballads, 50's and 60's, 70's and even swing music. We also have a mp3 player player that we use for playing music during our breaks.
We perform for all occasions and will work with any size crowd. We will work at any event: Weddings, Anniversaries, Night Clubs, or any private or public event. HGT is a very flexable band!

"We booked HGT for our wedding reception and were extremely pleased with the results. They were able to play music appealing to all ages on a variety of instruments. They were extremely flexible and any song that they did not know we could play on an IPod using their sound system. They are all incredibly talented musicians in addition to being entertainers. "

"I booked Home Grown Tomatoes for our September 2011 wedding and was beyond impressed. After deciding we wanted a live band, we next started searching for a band that could play music from multiple genres. We had an outdoor wedding of over 300 people and both the logistics and acoustics were perfect. The band came early enough for us to use their microphone for our toasts, and were professional, fun, and most importantly, great musicians. We wanted a band people would dance too, and the dance floor was packed the whole night, and we also received many compliments on the choice of music/live band from so many of our guests. I would highly recommend them. "

"We were not sure what to expect having only heard songs from Gigmaster's website, but they were within our budget and had the variety of music we were wanted for our wedding reception dance (danceable music for ages 4-80).
We were very impressed with HGT band. They definitely exceeded our expectations. We received many compliments and inquiries about the band and how we found them. One of our main hopes was that we would have people dancing. We weren't worried for long as the dance floor was overflowing for most of the evening. At the end of the night, both the guests and the band seemed to want to keep going, but we had to be out of the room.
