Description
Out of the Blue is a 4-6 piece band that plays primarily Jazz, Latin Music, Funk, and R&B. The members of the band are some of the most versitile musicians in the business and have played every type of event imaginable (Weddings, military events, receptions, clubs, churches, off-Broadway shows, cruises, restaurants, etc.) It's not uncommon to see these guys trade instruments on stage, or to get the crowd participating. The members of Out of the Blue, individually, have played with the likes of Tito Puente, Wynton Marsailis, Chip McNeil, Arturo Sandoval, Phil Driscoll, John D'earth, The 82D Airborne Division Army Band, Chick Corea, Kool and the Gang, The Airmen of Note, and Grover Washington Jr. to name a few.
The show can be full of dancable music, or sweet soulful dinner music, that part's up to you . . . Just give the word and we're there playing your favorite music. We provide PA, lighting (when applicable), and a show to be enjoyed by all. Also, we take song requests!! Let Out of the Blue add that 'something special' to your next memorable event.
