I'm a professor at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. I've had a long career as a jazz guitarist, working with Sammy Davis Jr., Cleo Laine/John Dankworth, Rebecca Parris, Lou Rawls and others. Also, I'm profiled in The Jazz Guitar, its Evolution and Players since 1900 by Maurice J. Summerfield(Ashley Marks pub., UK). I can provide you with a first-rate jazz group to suit your needs and likes with from two to five of Bostons best musicians on guitar, bass, drums, piano (keyboards) sax, trumpet and vocals in any combination, your choice. My groups play a vast repertoire of Jazz, Latin, Blues, Swing, as well as music from the American Songbook (Sinatra, etc). Song lists are available on request. Thanks, Jack

We booked Jack, his pianist and bassist for our indoor cocktail party of 40 people. They were amazing musicians and created the perfect ambiance for a swank event. The feedback from our guests was excellent with respect to the choice of music and overall vibe. The guys were personable and professional. I highly recommend them and can’t wait to book them for another event.

The music was simply outstanding -- Jack and Jamie, the bass player who accompanied him, both had extraordinary talent. Several of the guests wondered whether Jack had put out a CD they could purchase. They accommodated our request for extra time (at the last minute!), played music that fit the occasion and the requests of the bridal couple, and were extremely personable. I am already brainstorming about upcoming events where I could engage their services again. Recommended!
