Description
The Wilmington String Ensemble has been providing music for wedding ceremonies and receptions, cival wedding ceremonies, parties, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, business events, and memorial services for over twenty-five years. Most of our business comes from referrals, as our reputation is impeccable. We have performed in countless churches, hotels, banquet facilities, and private homes in the tri-state area.
In addition to the Wilmington String Ensemble, our musicians regularly perform with one or more of the following orchestras: Delaware Symphony, Opera Delaware, Bethlehem Bach Festival, Opera Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Ballet, and The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia. In the commercial field, our members perform with the Philly Pops, for Broadway shows at the Academy of Music and the Forrest Theatre, and in Atlantic City Casino Showrooms.
MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS OFFERED: Flute, violin, viola, cello, harp, piano, classical guitar, strolling violin, trumpet, and male or female vocalists. Also, jazz piano, duo, trio, or quartet. These can be engaged as soloists or in ensembles of two to five musicians.

- We had a trumpet, cello, and flute for my daughter's wedding. It was beautiful. They played along with our soloist. It went very well considering that she was from out of town and they had only about 40 minutes to practice before the ceremony.
