Description

TWO FOR THE PRICE OF ONE ... two players for the price of one. You start with one lead player and a second player who accompays him with two drums, or a base. When we add backing tracks, it sounds like a trio.

Most of our players are from Trinidad and have performed for many years on cruise ships and some of the largest venues throughout the world. Their primary offerings are socas and calyspco from Trinidad, Reggae from Jamaica, plus Latin and Pop.
Throughout the year, we are performing at weddings, indoor corporate events and parties in lofts, condos and private homes.

Start with your choice of one of our Steel Drum Bands or our Jazz Trio for your cocktail hour and a half … then our Five-Piece Dance Band for your reception. Feedback

  • The Manhattan Steel Band was the hit of the party!! The trio arrived on time, looking festive, ready to play and played every minute. My guests loved and raved about the music and vocals. The congo line brought the house down. I am sure you will be hearing from my guest and the Yacht Club who were equally impressed with the talent and professionalism of the group. -- Kim F, Surf City, NJ, 8/24/2008
  • Benny and Frank made my party!!! This is my 3rd time using them for parties this summer alone and they were PERFECTION!!My guests went crazy for them and danced all night long! They arrived early and were so professional. I will spread the word that the Manhattan Steel Drum Band adds a special unique touch to any event that you want to remember forever! Thank you Benny and Frank with all of my heart!! -- Allison H, Harrisburg, PA, 9/4/2008
  • They were AWESOME!!! All my guest had a great time they told me they felt like they were on vacation at the islands. They showed up early and set up and were very profesional. Everyone asked where I found them that the music choices were great. I would use them again and highly recommend them! Thank You!!! -- Nancy R, Chester Springs, PA, 9/20/2008
